This policy explains what information sotiris.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by SōtirIS Information Strategies, 704 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
Information you give us
When you use a contact or assessment form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message, along with the page you sent it from. We use it to respond to your request.
Some forms on this site are delivered to our staff by email through Mailgun, our email delivery service. Others are provided by Tally (tally.so), a form service that collects and stores submissions on our behalf. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence in our business records.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, general location (city or region), and browser and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Security and server logs. Our web server and website firewall record your IP address, browser type, the date and time, and the pages requested. We use these records to keep the site secure and working, including blocking malicious traffic.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site are delivered by other providers, which receive your IP address in order to deliver them:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC)
- Tally forms (Tally BV)
- The map on our homepage, which loads map images from OpenStreetMap and map software from the jsDelivr and unpkg networks
These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The site sets Google Analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. Staff who sign in to manage the site also receive WordPress login cookies. Visitors do not create accounts, and the site does not accept comments.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, which process it for us, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and correspondence as long as needed to respond to you and for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and protected by a website firewall. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you send us.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
